0.25% commission and a initial set up fee of £150.00, using the above house as an example the cost to you to sell your house would be £487.00, a massive saving of over £3000.00.

Option 2
An initial setup fee of £250.00 and a commission of 0.1% of the sale price of your home. With a maximum fee of £750.00
